How do I turn my Blackberry Curve back on?

How do I get my blackberry Curve to work again. There was no water damage. It will not turn on.?

• My blackberry curve was dropped and the little ball came out and i found all the pieces and put it back together but now the phone will not turn on. I took the battery out and put it back in and the red light stays on and when i hold down the power button the screen flashes real quick and then goes off. If I plug in the charger the green light flashes on and off. My phone will vibrate like I am getting a text but the screen doesn't come on. How can i fix this and what is the problem?
