My Blackberry bbm isnt working?

Blackberry messenger stop working!?

I just got a blackberry curve 8330 today.. it was a replacement phone from Sprint. I downloaded the software update and nothing was wrong. After I tried to download the BBM update from blackberry apps world.. thats when my BBM stopped working. After the download finished, the phone went black and it restarted. When I tried to do it again, same issue. I dont know what to do. Ive reset my phone twice to see if it would go back to regular factory settings and it did but the BBM still isnt functioning at all. Someone help me!

This question has probably been answered at http://www.crackberry.com in their forums. When you get to the page look for the pull-down that says Forums>Blackberry Device Help...><your phone> and use the search box to find your question/answer.
