  • Answer:

    1. Try this... pull the battery... plug your device into the USB Cable... the red led light will light up for a minute and then it should come up with a symbol of a battery with a red line through it... then put the battery back in and it should boot up.... leave the USB cable connected until it's fully up and you are sure the battery is fully charged. If numbr #1 don't work try #2 2. Take your battery out of your device and then plug your device into the wall charger (not the USB charger). Put the battery into the device. Make sure the phone does not come on, if it does turn on then hold the power (red) button for a few seconds until it shuts down. Leave it charging for at least and hour (preferable two) and then check it to see if it is working. If it is not working you either need a new battery or a new device. IF NEITHER OF THESE WORK TRY A NEW BATTERY. BATTERY COULD BE DRAINED FROM NOT BEING USED OR CHARGED.
