How to remove fragment from backstack Android?

Can we write the application in android phone such a way that the factory reset should not remove it frm mobil?

Is there any way we can make sure our application is not deleted from the android phone even after the factory reset i am asking you because , i want to write a application which will send SMS to specified number when the SIM is changed This is a security feature & it should not be deleted from the mobile when the theif tries too also it can deleted only by password of user which is part of application. SAMSUNG HAS THIS BUT , other business phone dont have this facility.. :( my mobile is stolen and i have only IMEI i don't want others to suffer like me .. no one will help the service provider , police or the manufacturer itself also...
