I'm having diffcult problems sending pix on my blackberry pearl. what can i do to solve this problem?

I have gotten my blackberry pearl on the day of my grandmother death. Which was on the 10-30-08. I love my phone so much and cherish because it reminds me of the joyful days i spent with my grandmother. But over 2 months ago i been having a problem sending pictures to my friends. Any ideas on how to fix this problem?
