Help I can't update my Blackberry Curve 8520!?

I bought my BlackBerry Curve 8520 yesterday along with its BlackBerry OS 4.6 I heard the OS 5 is available for BlackBerry Curve 8520 I seen many too So I was attemping to update my phone at www.blackberry.com/update and followed the instructions But they said there are no updates available for my BlackBerry device Wtf is this? Does anyone know another way to update it? Please help!

1- download and install blackberry desktop software using the attached link. 2- Connect your mobile using USB cable 3- open the s/w and automatic update will open automatically
