Do I get charged on my blackberry if I am only using wifi overseas?

I live in SIngapore and at the moment I am in Canada. I have a blackberry from Singapore that I have been using in Canada. Will I get charged if I am only using wifi, and my mobile network is off? My 'while roaming' is off as well; the only thing that is on is the wifi, and the data services.

i don't believe you will get charged then, since wifi is a free service
