Why doesn't my bluetooth work?

Bluetooth on computer doesnt work..please help me!!!!?

Does anybody know why when i run fsquirt and try to send a file or receive a file, it never works??? it says "Windows cannot find any Bluetooth devices. Make sure that your Bluetooth radio is attached to your computer and is turned on, and that your Bluetooth device is turned on. Follow the setup instructions that came with the device, and then click Search Again." and my phones bluetooth is already on! what can i do??? any help will be appreciated. and if theres a bluetooth software which i can download, please tell me.

You need a bluetooth device connected to your computer. Normally the device is called as "Blue tooth Dongle"
