How to unlock a blackberry 8530i?

I am trying to unlock a blackberry 8530i to use it on the boost network. I bought something to unlock it on ebay, and I downloadedd the blackberry software but on the instructions it says to use the blackberry manager but for some reason I dont know how to acces it on the software I got. HELP!
