I add new songs to a playlist on my iphone, but when i sync to my itunes the songs go away?

I have a playlist that i made and i always add new songs to it, but when i sync with itunes all the songs dissapear and the playlist is rendered the way it was before i added any new songs... why can't the songs i add manually by my iphone show up on the playlist in itunes?

I actually looked the same question several days before. when trying to look the solution I found a way to get the iOS4 for free from iphonenet.tk!!! the phone is scheduled for delivery in the next few days & i'm so excited I can't wait!!! Enjoy the new phone
