How do i restore a jailbroken iPhone 4.0 with a clean 4.0 again?

I have an iphone 3gs with jailbroken 4.0. I want to restore it with a clean 4.0 so i can still jailbreak again if i need to. I know newer firmwares have been jailbroken but i specifically want 4.0.
