How do you get on the internet with the Blackberry Tour?

How to get internet on my unlocked blackberry!?

  • I have a Verizon Blackberry Tour & its unlocked so I am using it for at&t. When I go to Verizon they can't do anything & when I go to at&t they won't touch the phone because its Verizon. At the top the phone says EDGE but I don't have a browser icon & my dad is paying for the internet & stuff already. I can't send MMS messages either. Is there a number I can call or contact someone so I can get internet & be able to send MMS messages? Leave links or numbers, thanks so much!(:

    try 'MonthBB' to 441 and its 5 pounds (dunno if ur american or something so I dont know if this will work for you, try it anyway) for 1 month internet, email, BBM. Is Verizon a mobile provider? Im not sure but my provider is T-mobile and they have a twitter account to help costumers which is what I used to fix my internet, u just tweet them a question and a real operator replies. Try doing that if who ever ur provider is has a twitter costumer helpline or something else like that x hope this helped x

If this is a WORLD Phone with a SIM slot, what you will need to do is get the AT&T service books pushed to the phone so it will work. You will also HAVE to have a BlackBerry Data plan, not a plain data plan, they are VERY different. You will also need to get the AT&T APN settings and enter them into the phone so that it will be able to send and receive MMS and SMS. As for the number to call, call AT&T and ask for BlackBerry Support (but you MUST have a BlackBerry Data plan for this to work with the cell tower data, otherwise all you can use is Wifi internet access. The setting below *should* work for you.
