I`m watching many movies on my Blackberry phone . Is it ok for the phone?

I watch about 2 movies on some days on my BB . I find it much more convinient than sitting in front of my pc . Is this ok for the phone ?? I mostly watch the movies in avi files which are much smaller than normal avi files used on a PC .Typically abt 170 mb or sumthng per movie. I have 624 mhz and 256 mb internla memory . Thankx!
