How do i fix my psp 8gb memory stick?

• i have a 8 gig memory stick. i was trying to upload my data from my pc into my psp. It was going on fine until my psp went off all of a sudden. The song i was trying to upload got stuck in my memory stick and i couldn't delete it. So i formatted my memory stick and put of the psp. when i tried to put on my psp again the memory stick just wouldn't load. The light just keeps blinking (at first fast later on the light starts blinking slowly). I put it in my friends psp and the same thing happens. Then i put my friends memory stick into my psp and it reads it normally. Is there a software or something i can use to make the memory stick work again. Any thought will be appreciated. Thanks

  Take it to your nearby electronic shop and try to get it fixed,dont try anything yourself unless you have $200 to spend on a new PSP
