How can i view picture messages on my blackberry curve on KOODO?

i just got the blackberry curve for koodo mobile and in my plan it says i can send and recieve picture messages for free i had someone send me a picture message to try it out, but it only showed a link to go to www.telusmobility.com/snap i cant view this link on my blackberry because the browser wont show it properly and i tried to go to it on my computer and it said i had to log in but my login and password that it sent me isnt working i want to know how i can view these picture messages.

After spending 20 minutes on hold, I was told that SNAP is in no way affiliated with KOODO, even though koodo redirects you there when you receive a MMS. Also, i have tried logging into the telus site from computer with the password that they supply to you via text msg, but that doesn''t work either and neither company (although telus is koodo's parent company) will allow you to access the other's info (mind boggling)... So like the guy on the phone told me: tough luck
