Can you do webcam on psp?

I have a psp 3000 and i would like to do use webcam on it. Is it possible to use webcam on psp 3000?? using a programme like skype or ebuddy. i cant use webcam on my computer because my mom is scared of them, so that isn't an option. I have a psp cam for the psp. So is it possible to do webcam on the psp 3000?? if so do i need to download a certain programme or something??

This is probably no help at all because I have had no experience with PSP's (well a little bit) but if you can get onto the internet on PSP's, go to www.meebo.com on your PSP, it supports Webcam. see if that works! XD
