Where can i find a jailbreak(4.0+) for my ipod touch 1st Gen.?

im looking for any jailbreak besides Pois0n. i want to jaibreak my ipod up to 4.0 to turn my ipod into a phone. can somebody give a good link on the steps to turn my 1st gen into a phone? Thank you!

based on what i think, you should not jailbreak. i jailbroke once and next time i pluged into computer it freaked out and i had to restore my ipod and it took forever. so you will not be able to backup what you have gotten. but if you really want to, use jailbreakme.com. type it in on your ipod and then you just slide the bar on the website.
