-
I wanted to buy a psp car charger but they are way too expensive. So i was lookin around our misc. charger drawer and i found a third party charger which was 9.5 volts. so i was wonderin' if it would work without blowing my psp up or something terible like that.

Answer:
Your psp is actually 3.6 volts. The charger is 5v. So yes 9.5v is too high.
