  1. How are we supposed to know? Call your carrier or visit their web site. They are the ones providing the service. Cell phone costs vary widely from company to company and from phone to phone, and even from person to person. 2. I'm confused. You're thinking of buying one of these very expensive cell phones, and you're asking people in *here* what the phone can "do" for you? It's a cell phone. It doesn't "do" anything for you. *You* do what you need to do *using* it. Like any other tool. You can make phone calls, send and receive text messages and go on the Internet. Probably take some pictures as well. Just like everyone else.
