My blackberry Bold just stopped working on me.?

My blackberry curve 8330 has stopped working!?

  • A couple of months ago, my blackberry Curve 8330 keyboard stopped working. I stopped using it for a while, and just gave up. It's very inconvenient not having a phone so I've decided to now do something about it. I have tried researching about it, updating the software, restoring it and nothing works. When I pull the battery out, the 'End' key still works to turn my phone back on, but once it has reloaded itself, nothing works. It will light up when I plug it in, and I can still receive calls and texts but I cannot read them. Could somebody give me some ideas on how to fix this? Please and thank you!

    That seriously sucks. That happened to my 8330 once, but i had gotten it wet.. I suggest taking it in and letting tech support mess around with it, and pray to god you have insurance on it. Sorry if this doesn't help, just take it in! The OS btw has nothing to do with the mechanics and keyboard, I wonder if it's possible you downloaded a virus to corrupt the phone?

Hi.You could try to remove the battery for awhile to see if that helps.If not you may have opt to od warranty exchange on the phone.You got 1 year of warranty.
