Blackberry Storm Question???????? Blackberry Storm Users Only!!!?

• I was using my blackberry storm and while I was using it, the red power button on it and the blackberry button are locked and don't work, the green call button and the back button work. I want to try to solve without taking this to verizon and getting a new one.

  I have a Blackberry Storm too. Sometimes it freezes are acts crazy, so when you do call, the first thing the rep is gonna ask you is "Did you take the battery out completely, put it back in, then turn the phone on again?" They say it's a lot like restarting a computer...it works for me all the time. I actually had to do it last night, lol.
