Help me with my blackberry curve 8310?

BlackBerry Curve 8310 camera problem. Need it for vacation, please help.?

• My blackberry curve 8310 seems to be having a bit of a problem with the camera. Im not really sure how to explain it but ill just note down everything I see when i open it to take a picture. - Camera opens fine but there are spots of green and pink dots everywhere taking over the image you are trying to see. - When you take a picture, it makes the shutter sound then loads for about a minute and shows a blank screen. -When i go to open the picture I took it opens a black screen then it says "loading..." and nothing shows up but a small square on the top left with a red X inside of it. Could you please point out what could be wrong with my camera. This is also the same for the video camera. I need it for vacation and I don't want to have to get a new blackberry.

  Have you tried hard resetting the BlackBerry? This is where you remove the battery from the device while it is still powered on. Leave it out for about 20 seconds, then reinsert.
