How can I get AIM to work on my blackberry curve?

Ok I bought the blackberry 8320 on Saturday and I tryed to use AIM but it says "Service not enabled for this handheld" when I push sign in. I have the internet and unlimited text message plan so I really dont know why it is not letting me. Help please! :(

Just give coustomer care a call so that they can do a trouble shoot! If you have unlimited messages and a data plan there's no reason why that feature should not work. Good luck P.S. Did you try pullin your battery with the device still powered on for at least 30 secs.? Battery pulls usually fix 98% of the promblems you have with your BB.

mine has the same problem i have a blackberry 8100 though but i think its because you need to get the blackberry unlimited plan that's probably why
