New PSP difference between one thats coming out and 3000 gen?

Ok so i heard that theres going to be a new Psp, and well my mom told me about it weird enough... But yeah cause i wanted her to buy me a limited edition 3000. Well the guy at the geek section i guess told her the new one has alot more options. Can ya tell me whats so different??

it is a completely different console, HD Graphics, Touchpad, Touch Screen, Dual analog sticks, new games, everything is different. its called the PSVita, look it up or find out info here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PlayStation_Vita looks quite promising, heard its going for cheap too, good luck :D
