I have a blackberry pearl 8100, and i been trying to log in to my email account but it wont let me?

Answer:
go to the blackberry website and look for something dealing with your problem in support and topics like that.. call your service provider..and if they cant do anything then your screwed cause something in your phones messed up.(thats what happened to me)
