Where to download Blackberry screen icons?

Blackberry 8100 help? failed attempt to update?

• Okey, so last night i received a text from blackberry itself that informed me to update to 4.5 and i did exactly as i was told. when the process was almost near finishing, the updater on the computer told me that there was a "fatal error" and my blackberry was shot, nothing worked, the led light glew red, then i tried again, and the process made the black berry attemt to start up, then had a restart screen but could do no more on my third try, it finally 'restored' and updated the blackberry. it took about 15 minutes to start up however. now today, the blackberry foze, i pulled out the battery as usual. but it keeps randomly just restarting now. it will boot up, go to the home icons, then a minute later the screen will go dark, the led light will be red, and it will restart. its happened atleast 10 times in the last hour. what do i do!?
