Videos, Music and Photos not found in PSP XMB menu?

I have a PSP fat before. I can open videos, music and photos in my previous psp then when I changed it to PSP Slim, those 3 can't be found in their respective menu even though in my computer it's shows it is there. Video = Mp4 PSP format Music = Mp3 format Photo = Jpeg format Those three I can't open anymore coz It won't show in my PSP Slim. I have a CFW 3.90 m33-3 Please help me. :(

I think its probably the coustom firmware that stopping it and make sure you have inserted it properly
