Why am I not receiving all of my texts on my BlackBerry?

Why isnt my blackberry sending texts, but receiving them?

I just got my blackberry curve about a week ago, and everything has been working fine. But when i woke up this morning i noticed that my browser was gone and it said i needed an update? and everytime i went to my browser it just took me to the blackberry screen. it said additional charges may apply but i dont have the money right now to do that so how do i get my regular browser back or do i HAVE to have the upgrade? and i feel like that internet thing might have to do with my texts, just within this past two hours i havnt been able to send any texts out, instead of the check next to the text it just as the red clock, but people dont have problems sending them to me..and i have service!! help?

You probably didnt pay your bill. Or it might be a technical problem so just call Customer Service If that isn't it!
