Itouch apps onto my itouch?

i lterally got my itouch 5 hours ago so everything shood b updated and new. my problem is when i buy an app on itunes it dsnt transfer to my itouch...how do i get the app from itunes to my itouch??? plzzzzzz answer??

go to itunes hook up ur itouch then wait til ur itouch comes up then go to ur app folder slecet app u want on itouch then snyc with itunes
