Can the blackberry use wifi?

I can't use my WiFi in my BlackBerry Curve 9300?

I don't know why. I have an internet connection, and my BB is connected to my WiFi. Then I tried to open my browser (in my BB) and it says there that I can't use it because I don't have enough load. So this means that everytime I use my browser, my load is being deducted right? So what do I have to do? What settings do I need to change in order to use my WiFi without my Load being deducted? Please help me :(
