How can I use nokia 5130 phone to a webcam connected to the pc via DATA CABLE?

How can I convert nokia 5130 phone to a webcam connected to the pc via DATA CABLE? I don't have blue tooth, not even wifi. I heard of mobiola and smart cam.smart cam doesn't works with data cable. may be mobiola works with data cables but mobiola's working process is very tough. i downloaded the files. see this web page for more info. http://www.dl4all.com/2007/09/21/warelex… But I couldn't install as my phone is not compatible with .sis files. moreover to install those you need to get it signed from http://www.symbiansigned.com/. it is a long process. and very complicated too. couldn't understand. Can anybody please tell me a detailed and correct way to convert my nokia 5130 to a webcam via data cable? please help....thanks in advance..
