I cant send or recieve pictures.

Why cant i send or recieve pictures on my blackberry?

  • i have a blackberry pearl 1800 and whenever i send my email the pics i take it doesnt recieve it or vice-versa

    Because you have an OUTDATED OS on your BB device. Click Options>About and it should tell you what version of OS you have ... The OS should be 4.5.0.127 and this has to be confirmed that they need this version when they are selecting the OS. (OLD=4.5.0.77) (NEW=4.5.0.127) You need to get the latest copy of the OS from your cell phone providers' website and if not then BB's site. And then update your OS
