How do you block calls on a blackberry curve?

Please help!!! blackberry curve 8320 was thrown against a wall now it wont make calls,one side of headphonewrk?

• when i look at the phone it has a chip piece next to were headphones go blackberry curve volume goes up and down while talking by it self when talking the person on the other line cant hear me /and all i get is static i hear their voice but don't understand what they saying when i plug in my headphones sometimes one side works and if i use voice recorder in my media when i play back all i hear beeping noises problem seems to be where the headphones go how to fix this i tried taking my headphones in and out think that made it worst please help thank you
