How Do You Watch One Piece On An Iphone?

I want to watch one piece using internet download manager?

• i always watch anime using internet download manager so i can out it on my phone and watch it whenever i want to. but other anime's like fullmetal alchemist and naruto have a bunch of different forms of videos to watch that have resume capability and are normally around 80 megabytes. but no matter what site you go to to watch one piece (favorite anime) its always in megavideo or veoh and megavideo doesnt have resume capabilitys and veoh videos you cant convert to be put on a mobile phone so i dont like using those two. so if any of you guys can provide a site that i can stream one piece dubbed episodes on that arent veoh or megavideo on i would greatly appreciate it. but thats only the half of it. if i have to i will download them via megavideo but the only plus about megavideo is they usewd to be relatively small video sizes normally around 60 megabytes but for some reason they changed and now every episode i watch is around 200 magabytes and it takes FOREVER to download so if you coulkd provide me wiht a site that if it does use megavideo( all of them do i have tried so hard to find one that doesnt) and has a reasonable size(anything under 100 megabytes) i would be so greatful
