Itunes won't let me buy a song.?

it opens fine but when i click "purchase" it tells me thaty the itunes network isnt conecting. this upsetts me and makes me want to cry. please please please please PLEASEEEEEEEEEEE assist me with this matter. i love you :)

alright, first off, make sure that you have money in your iTunes account, if not, get a card, and of course make sure you have wifi, also, try restarting your computer, also, make sure that you have the latest software on iTunes or if you are desperate, save the music files somewhere on your computer, and then re-instal iTunes. or contact Apple here, and they will be sure to help you :) http://www.apple.com/support/

Do u have wifi? Oh and sometimes I have that problem. U just need to keep clicking it. Maybe close iTunes and open it again
