If I unlock my blackberry 9500 to all the networks will i definitely be able to go on the web on my bb?

I am on Vodafone and have had my bb9500 for over 6 months now and have always wanted to go on the web on it. I bought this bb second hand, so i dont know how to do that stupid email thing u r suppost to do, Cos if I cant go on the web when unlocking the phone will sell and buy another.

On any BB you need BIS/blackberry data plan to use Internet. Unlocking can support your set to use on other network like if set is from vodafone then you can use with any other GSM provider
