Blackberry Tour 9630 to a Blackberry Bold 9650 on Alltel?

i currently have a blackberry tour and i want to switch to a blackberry bold. i know alltel no longer has the blackberry tour available because they have the bold available now. i am wondering what i could do to the phone in order to have alltel take it in where i pay insurance for a new one which in my case would be a blackberry bold. i have already talked to a representitive and he said i would get a bold if my tour broke. but anyways my question is what could i do to my tour to make it look like an accident where i could switch phones?
