Question about PSP mp4 file playback?

• Ok, I have an mp4 file that will not play on my PSP. It plays perfectly fine on iTunes but not on the PSP. I heard that it has to be MP4 not mp4. I do not know if this is true, but if it is can you tell me how to change it from mp4 to MP4? Or if there is another method, can you help me out here? This is annoying, I hate it when it says "Unsupported data". And please do not answer with a link to those video converters, they are all the same and do not apply here.

  PSP supports only MP4-AVC video, not general MP4 video, please make sure your video is compatible with PSP. Assume your video has the right format, you just need to copy the mp4 video to the "Video" folder in your psp memory stick, done. If you don't have the video folder, just create it by yourself.
