Which touch phone with keyboard is the best?

What is a good touch screen phone with a non-touch QWERTY keyboard?

I have AT&T. The Lg Xenon is an option that I'm considering, but I want to know all my options first. I really like to the phone to be over-all touch screen. I have a Vu right now, but as far as the full keyboard goes it can't be touch. I have fat fingers. If you could let me know about some similar phones, that would be amazing. Thank you!
