How can i fix my psp ?

• I have a four gig memory stick it is more then a year old and everytime i put more then about 7 minutes of video then it comes out as corrupted data. whenever the file is on my computer it works fine then i put it on my psp it works but when i go out of usb mode and open it on my psp it is corrupted and i cant play it agian on my comp. and this might be helpful i never take my memory stick out itz always in my psp. i have tried everything i reformatted the drive but i did put the exact same info back on the drive and i have put origanal copies of the video and it just wont work i need help
