Sync Itunes to a new computer?

well i got a new computer after my old one became infected with virus's so now that i have a new computer with a new itunes how can i sync everything from my iphone to my pc all i basically want to keep are the apps which are all cracked and i had synced to my old pc and now when i try and sync it would erase everything on my iphone and since my iphone is jailbroken if anyone knows of a jailbroken app to do it can you please tell me
