What's wrong with my TI-84 calculator?

My calculator is a TI-84 Plus Silver Edition. It hasn't been working for a while now, but I actually NEED it since school is starting back and I wondered if anybody could help me. I replaced the batteries, very normal, with 4 AAA batteries. And it will turn on, but none of the other buttons can do anything! You can't even turn it off. Please help! Thanks.
