ITouch Apps won't sync to iTouch.?

I downloaded Tap Tap 3 and Facebook, and they will not sync to my iPod. Music syncs just fine, but the apps wont! I've restored my iPod, deleted EVERYTHING from the iPod, and they still won't go on. Please help!!!

in itunes go to your ipod where it shows the information about it.. and click on applications... then click the sync apps button... then re sync
