Does the blackberry bold send videos?

How do I send my videos from my Blackberry Bold's device memory to my computer?

• I go on desktop manager all the time and use roxio to drag and drop my videos to and from my computer, but now all of a sudden when I try to access my device memory its say there are no files, but a message also pops up saying something like your blackberry is not ready and to insert my memory card. Why do I need it to get the files from my blackberry's memory? It's also weird because my memory card is already in my phone and I have not problems dragging and dropping my files to and from my memory card. I uninstalled and reinstalled desktop manager and it still does this. What could be the problem?
