Why is it that this psp theme http://free-psp-themes.net/download/simplicity-theme/ over here does not work on my psp? and how can i change the position of the icons of my psp?

answer 1: put this ctf file in PSP/THEME folder.this theme work for psp with custom firmware system (CFW). answer 2: use CTF TOOL GUI program. http://www.psp-hacks.com/2010/10/11/ctf-tool-gui-v4-3-released/ click "extract" at that program.then,click "create" to modified.
