Is the PSP 2000 that bad?

PSP 2000 or PSP 3000?

• help me out on this... I`m not too sure which one to get. I`ve heard that when you play games or movies on the psp 3000 the line scans become very noticeable :S and I play a lot of games on my psp, I don`t want to see annoying scan lines while I`m playing, but is it really bad? The psp 2000 doesn`t have a built in microphone unlike the 3000, which is pretty convenient when your talking on skype (I talk on skype a lot) So let me know, if the scan lines are pretty much much noticable than I`m not even gonna bother getting something that has permanent hardware issues ps. don`t tell me to get the psp go!, it`s a peice of ****, might as well get the itouch instead and just keep my current psp (I have the psp 1000) I have many umd`s.... like what am I supposed to do with them after, chuck them in the garbage or something,

  I own a PSP 3000 Silver Edition and I've never seen any of these "scan lines" at all, but if it does, I'm positive that I haven't noticed them. The PSP 3000 is the way to go. By the way, the PSP 3000 is obviously newer than the 2000 model and thus the designers have learned the mistakes in the 2000 model and fixed them for the 3000.
