Blackberry Pearl from AT&T?

Two warranty exchanges. blackberry pearl 8100 same problems?

  • okay i have AT&T and i have already had two warranty replacements for my blackberry pearl 8100, the same problems (recognizing the memory card and files on it, and the keypad is either non responsive or overly responsive i.e. it will not register and i have to hit it 5 times, or i barely tap the key and it registers that i hit it twice) and after two warranty exchanges i'm starting to get miffed. the last time i called i got transferred to "Escalated Call Representatives". this guy said i was just trying to get a new make and model, and that i was unhappy with my blackberry. blah. blah. blah. i actually love my pearl and i love blackberry. and i filed a complaint with the BBB because of that statement. but i just got another warranty exchange my third pearl. like 5 days ago. and it is doing the same thing asthe others regarding the memory card and the keypad. this is starting to get ridiculous and i am tired of having to deal with these problems and with ATT warranty exchange reps. so if anyone has any info on what i can do to either a.) get my money back or b.) get a blackberry that doesn't have this defect. please help!!!!!!!

  • Answer:

Either call att and yell at them and demand your money back or try and buy a new one off ebay. But i would call att and first before you do anything. Or go in there and speak with a supervisor
