What should I do if my blackberry messenger doesn't work?

  • I have the blackberry curve for verizon and the blackberry messenger isn't working. i sent a message yesterday and it still has the little clock icon next to it.

    Did you update the BB Messenger? If so try to revert back to the original version. I had the same problem with my BB Bold and after reverting back to the old version with a battery pull everything's working fine again. you can also google 'BlackBerry Messgener problems' to make sure the network is not down. http://bit.ly/c1n9bI

bring it back to the company and complain it doesn't work so u can get a knew one.

Delete that version of BB messenger, then do a battery pull for 5 min, Go back and download newest BB messenger on phone. *(You can go to BB app world online and search for BB messenger and send to phone, or u can have BB app world icon on phone and download that way)*
