How can I find my contacts on my phone?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Prevail. Facebook got synced with my contacts and when I removed it, all my contacts got erased but they are still saved at the same time. I go to my most contacted and names are there but they don't appear in my contacts category.

pour some contact solution on it watch for the contacts to rise off the phone.
