How do I turn off the little green blinking light on my blackberry?

Blackberry pearl wont turn on but the light keeps blinking?

i dropped it then it said no sim card or sum so i turned it off now it doesnt wannt to turn on it jus keeps blinkin

Try taking out the battery and sim, wait 30 secs then put them back in, put your phone onto charge then try turning it back on
